Replies usually take two or three days. For urgent matters such as deletion requests, put [Deletion request] in the subject and it gets looked at first.
What you can write about
Deleting an entire card
You can delete your own sticky notes yourself, but removing a whole card needs a request. Include the address (link) of the card in the email. Without it there is no way to find which one you mean. Adding the card's name and roughly when it was created helps confirm you made it.
Reporting a post that is not yours
If you find a message written under your name, or one containing abuse, defamation or personal information, send the link and which note it is (part of its text). It is removed after review. The person who reported it is never revealed to the other party.
Errors and bugs
A note that will not post, an image that will not save, a broken screen: most of these can be fixed in one go if you include these three things.
- Which device and browser (for example iPhone Safari, Windows Chrome)
- What you pressed, in what order, when it happened
- A screenshot if possible
Feature requests
The most useful message is “I wanted to use it for this, but could not because that was missing”. Describe the situation rather than the feature. Requests that come up repeatedly move up the list.
Advertising and partnerships
Ad placements and partnership proposals go to the same address. Ads that cover the writing and reading area, pop-ups, and anything that pushes sign-ups do not fit the principles of the service and are declined.
Before you write
Common questions are answered in the FAQ. These three in particular make up most of the mail.
- I cannot edit on my computer what I wrote on my phone. Authorship is checked with a value stored in the browser, so a note is recognized as yours only on the same device and browser. It is not a bug.
- I want to change a canvas into a list. The layout chosen at creation cannot be changed. Create a new card and share the new link.
- Drawing does not work on my phone. Drawing is currently desktop only.
Personal data
