Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the online group card features the service provides, and the rights, duties and responsibilities of users and the service.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- Service: all features for creating and sharing online group cards provided at rolling-paper.site.
- User: anyone who accesses and uses the service, which requires no registration.
- Card: a single board created by a user, together with the messages, stickers and drawings it contains.
- Post: any text, image, drawing or other content a user places on a card.
Article 3 (Use without registration)
The service requires no registration or login. Access to a card is the link itself, and anyone who has the link may view and write on it.
Users are therefore responsible for managing whom they share links with. The service is not liable for consequences of a link spreading beyond its intended audience.
Article 4 (Rights and responsibility for posts)
Copyright in a post belongs to its author. The service uses posts only to the extent needed to provide the service (storage, display, syncing, image export and the like).
Authors are responsible for the content of their posts. The service does not review posts in advance and does not intervene in disputes arising from them.
Article 5 (Prohibited conduct)
Users must not do any of the following.
- Post content that defames or insults others, or that amounts to harassment or threats
- Post obscene, violent, hateful or otherwise offensive content
- Post content that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights
- Post the personal information of others without consent
- Repeatedly post advertising, promotional or spam content
- Create large numbers of cards by automated means, or otherwise interfere with normal operation
- Exploit vulnerabilities to edit or delete the posts of others without authorization
- Any act that violates applicable law
Article 6 (Deletion of posts)
Users may delete their own posts at any time. If a post violating Article 5 is reported or found, the service may delete that post or the entire card without prior notice.
Article 7 (Advertising)
The service is free, and operating costs are covered by advertising revenue. Users agree that advertisements are displayed while using the service. Ad content is determined by third-party ad providers, and the service is not responsible for advertisers' products or services.
Article 8 (Changes and discontinuation)
The service may add or change features, or discontinue part or all of the service. It is a free service run by an individual and does not guarantee permanent storage of data.
Please keep separate copies of anything important. The service provides a feature to save a card as an image for this purpose.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- The service is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, power outages and failures of the external infrastructure it relies on (hosting, databases and the like).
- The service has no duty to intervene in, and is not liable for, disputes between users.
- The service does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of information obtained from posts.
- The service is not liable for viewing, editing or deletion of posts that results from a user sharing a link carelessly.
Article 10 (Changes to these terms)
Changes to these terms are announced on this page together with their effective date. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes agreement to the changes.
Article 11 (Governing law)
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and Korean law applies to disputes relating to use of the service.
